Polyurethane Resin Flooring

Resin flooring

Characteristics of the polyurethane resin

Our resin flooring, manufactured in Spain exclusively for Fairmont Polymers, fulfils all of the quality standards.

It provides the granules with a uniform composition once it is mixed with either SBR or EPDM material.

It is a mono-component of polyurethane treated with humidity, with very good elasticity, used for the binding of SBR or EPDM grains. The resin has a great adhesive power, interacts perfectly with the Fairmont granules, and retains the colours of our EPDM granules. It dries quickly (in approximately 48 hours).

If you need more information about the characteristics of our polyurethane resin, you can download the technical data sheet that you will find below, or you can contact Fairmont Polymers Resources:

USES | RESIN FLOORING

The polyurethane (PU) resin allows the granules which make up our continuous shock- absorbent flooring to combine. It is recommended to use 18% of the weight of the SBR granules which form the base layer and 20% of the total weight if EPDM granules are used.

The mixing is done in a specific type of cement mixer.
